Courier Service Guidelines: Our courier service prohibits customers from opening parcels and inspecting items before making the full payment. We kindly request your cooperation with both DEEN DELIGHTS and the courier service in adhering to this policy.
7 Days Checking Warranty: An extended 7-day checking warranty is provided. If you discover a defect in the product within this timeframe, you are eligible for an exchange.
Size Selection: To prevent inconvenience, please ensure the correct size is selected when placing an order. In the event of a size exchange, a nominal fee of Rs.150 will be charged after the return of the original product.
Defected or Wrongly Sent Products: For defected or wrongly sent products, DEEN DELIGHTS will facilitate either a refund or an exchange at no additional cost to the customer.
Cash On Delivery (COD) Verification: Orders placed through “Cash On Delivery” will undergo telephonic verification. DEEN DELIGHTS reserves the right to process COD orders without telephonic verification for verified customers or during high-volume periods, such as sales, season launches, and promotions.
Order Processing and Delivery: Upon successful telephonic verification, “Cash On Delivery” orders will be processed. After payment authorization, please allow up to 2 days for order processing and shipping. Delivery estimates are 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and holidays. We regret to inform you that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, delivery times may be longer in remote areas within Pakistan.
