At Deen Delights, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase from www.deendelights.com. Please review our exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange: Products purchased from www.deendelights.com are eligible for exchange within 7 days only under the following conditions:

  1. The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  2. The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is not the same as you had actually purchased.

To initiate an exchange, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by calling 0318-5699660. Deen Delights evaluates each dispute on a case-by-case basis, aiming to be fair to both parties.

Return Procedure: If an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you must return the defective product to Deen Delights within 8 days of purchase. Upon receipt, Deen Delights will issue a replacement corresponding to the product mentioned in the Invoice.

Non-eligible Scenarios for Returns & Exchanges: There are certain scenarios in which returns and exchanges may not be supported. These scenarios include, but are not limited to:

  1. Exchange requests made outside the specified 7-day time frame.
  2. Products damaged due to use.
  3. Tampered products.
  4. Missing components from the package, such as price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.

Refund Policy: Deen Delights does not offer a “Cash Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items. A refund may only be issued if:

  1. The product is proven to be faulty or damaged beyond repair.
  2. The customer returns the defective product within 8 days of purchase.
