Refund and Return Policy

At DEEN DELIGHTS, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. Please familiarize yourself with our refund and return policy to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible:

Refund Policy:

  1. Defected or Wrongly Sent Products: If you receive a product that is defected or not as per your order, we offer a hassle-free refund or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the process.
  2. Size Exchange: In the event of a size exchange, please ensure that you have selected the correct size when placing your order. A nominal fee of Rs.150 will be charged for the size exchange, and the process can be initiated after the return of the original product within 7 days of delivery.
  3. 7 Days Checking Warranty: We provide a 7-day checking warranty. If you identify any defects in the product within this period, you are eligible for an exchange or refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  4. Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders: “Cash On Delivery” orders will undergo telephonic verification. While we typically process orders after successful verification, during high-volume periods or for verified customers, we reserve the right to process COD orders without telephonic verification.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at [Customer Support Email/Phone] within the specified timeframe for the return or exchange process.
  2. For size exchanges, ensure the correct size is selected, and the return of the original product is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Pack the product securely, including all original tags, labels, and accessories.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  5. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the exchange or refund process as per the policy.

Note:

  • We do not allow customers to open parcels and check items before making the full payment.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Delivery times may be longer in remote areas within Pakistan.
